Sad times – Vicario delayed by 3 weeks

It’s with an upset face that I write this. We are having to delay the release of the Vicario by about three weeks.

Why?

Unfortunately one of the Vicario arms was somehow mirrored before it was printed by the agency we used to do the sculpting and printing. This means one of the models has two different right arms and no left arm. I have zero idea how this would happen but because it has happened, we are having to delay the release of the pack.

Three weeks?

The item has now been reprinted and should be on the way to our mould maker today, we don’t expect any further delays but we need to cover ourselves and feel 3 weeks gives us some wiggle room. Obviously, if it arrives at the mould maker, the mould is made and we can get producing quickly we will send out orders before the three weeks are up. But we need to cover ourselves.

Refunds

If anyone who preordered the Vicario would like a refund because of this delay, we are more than happy to sort them out. Just drop us an email with your order number and we will do the rest.
