Archon Studio’s Vanguard of War (VoW) has been successfully funded, achieving its goal of $45,000 in less than an hour. With 19 days remaining, the campaign has risen to $180,000, putting it on pace to surpass Archon’s last Kickstarter for League of Ancient Defenders (LOAD).

Archon Studio hopes to keep up the momentum with a series of stretch goals backers can earn by collectively reaching specific dollar milestones. Ten stretch goals have already been unlocked, providing backers with free miniatures and other game components. Ninja Division Publishing’s own Candy & Cola are the next stretch goal that can be unlocked, bringing the prolific duo to the world of VoW when the campaign reaches $200,000.

Vanguard of War (VoW) is a 1-4 player board game with highly-detailed miniatures and ruthless tower defense gameplay. Players field four heroes tasked with defending a solitary church from an army of demons. Each hero brings unique skills and abilities to the battlefield, and players will need to master them to all if they hope to achieve victory.
