Dominate the battlefield with our new 3D-printable samurai castle walls set, available for download now for printing on your home 3D printer.

Each piece fits even the smallest and cheapest 3D printers – available for as little as $100 recently! The cost for printing each section depends a little on your plastic, but is approximately $1~$2.

Just a peek of what’s included in the set – here you can see the gateway section and a couple of corner sections. Inner and outer corners are included, letting you build pretty much any layout you can think of!

Using the plastic clips (or magnets) it’s a very quick job to rearrange the sections into new layouts.

The gates actually open, of course, and can be barred using the wooden locking bar.

For those of you who are wondering, YES, we are indeed planning to release a Japanese castle building too at some point soon!

For our own castle walls set, we used log fences for a couple of sections (also included in the set), just to give more layout options.

The inside of the walls can be detailed with these optional support posts, with carefully textured woodgrain on them.

The inside of the slope section has fully textured ground surfaces, and the steps should be big enough for even models on horseback to balance safely.

Now for some shots of the castle walls in action!! The arrow slits are sloped slightly downwards, letting your archers pour arrows down on your enemies.

Here are our gate guards, doing a bang up job of dealing with a visiting lord and protecting the castle…. or are they?
