All of the action and excitement of the popular MOBA style of video game hits the tabletop today with the release of CoolMiniOrNot’s Rum and Bones. MOBA fans will find the game instantly recognizable, while those new to the genre will find the game easy to pick up and incredibly fun to play.

Two to six players take to the high seas in an effort to board their opponent’s boat and destroy their objectives to win the game. Players choose between the two factions included in the Rum and Bones core box: the Wellsport Brotherhood or the Bone Devils. Up to three players can join forces per faction. Each faction has crewman, including Bosuns and Deckhands, that are controlled by an easy to follow AI ruleset. This leaves players free to focus on controlling the Heroes from their faction, each with their own specialization!

After you master the Heroes of the core game, you’ll be able to augment the Wellsport and Bone Devils factions with new Heroes, bringing their own unique abilities and strategies to the table. Beyond that, new factions will be introduced that comes with their own unique ship boards, further building upon an already great experience.
