We produce the acclaimed tabletop miniatures wargames WARMACHINE® and HORDES®, the pre-painted miniatures game Monsterpocalypse®, the Iron Kingdoms® Full Metal Fantasy and Iron Kingdoms® Unleashed roleplaying games, and the LEVEL 7® survival-horror board game line. We also publish the bimonthly No Quarter™ magazine and the Formula P3™ hobby tool and paint range in addition to the other products in our catalog. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Customer Support Specialist’s primary duties are to assist the customer service team.
These duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service by phone and email, resolving customer issues by investigating problems and developing solutions with a quick turnaround
- Working with online store operations by processing and quality checking orders
- Maintaining online store inventory by adding, editing and removing items
- Creating reports to reflect items sold in the online store
- Other duties as necessary
Required Skills and Proficiencies
- Must be able to work in our Bellevue location
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to handle tough situations and personal conflict with the utmost care and diplomacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Intimate knowledge of Privateer Press products
- Warehouse or inventory experience
- Capable of working both individually and collaboratively
- Working familiarity with Macintosh/PC computers and common office software such as Word and Excel
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Action oriented and able to complete tasks quickly
- Able to multi-task
- Good problem-solving skills
