We also publish the bimonthly No Quarter™ magazine and the Formula P3™ hobby tool and paint range in addition to the other products in our catalog. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Customer Service Assistant is an entry-level position. The primary duties are to assist the customer service team. These duties include but are not limited to:
- Answers phones, providing excellent customer service
- Works with online store operations by printing, processing, and quality checking orders
- Creates daily reports to reflect items sold in the online store and Skull Island Expeditions website
- Performs general office tasks, including filing, making copies, faxing, and mailing invoices
- Keeps front office clean and organized for visitors
- Tracks addresses for freelance contributors, packs and ships quarterly contributor items
- Packs store orders
- Other duties as necessary
Required Skills and Proficiencies
- Must be able to work in our Bellevue location
- Excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication
- Able to handle tough situations and personal conflict with the utmost care and diplomacy
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Intimate knowledge of Privateer Press products
- Warehouse or inventory experience
- Capable of working both individually and collaboratively
- Working familiarity with Macintosh/PC computers and common office software such as Word and Excel
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Action-oriented and able to complete tasks quickly
- Able to multi-task
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand on feet for several hours a day

Compensation: This is an entry-level hourly position.
