This week, Privateer Press packs up and heads to Indianapolis for Gen Con 2015.

To make things easier on attendees shopping at our booth this year, we’re changing the way we handle the line to enter the store during the morning rush hours. We will be handing out Store Passes at the Privateer Press booth (#717). Each pass will have a specific time slot on it. At the time indicated, the pass holder can come back to our booth and hop into our shortened queue. This reduces your time in line and gives you more time to enjoy the show!

Not changing this year is our partnership with the RAM Restaurant & Brewery, who will again be waving the Privateer flag with banners, merch, and a themed menu. Last year saw the Blighted Bather paired up with the RAM’s Everblight Ale. This year sees the release of the Blindwater Brew Witch Doctor, and specially crafted to match is a Belgian golden ale we call Blindwater Brew.

The Privateer Exclusive Blindwater Brew Witch Doctor features an example of Farrow high spirits and a tiny effigy sacrifice, and will be available at our booth (#717) and the Privateer Press Online Store during Gen Con (July 30–August 2). This exclusive model comes with a stat card, is tournament legal, and can be fielded as a Gatorman Witch Doctor.

The plushy Shredder will once more be making an appearance, giving everyone another chance to pick up this terrifyingly cute creature. It was a big hit at Lock & Load this year, and we are happy to be able to unleash it on Gen Con. Alongside this cuddly monster, we have three new pins available: chibi Sorscha; the Everblight Athanc; and the delicious cereal, Soul-grain Crix.

When you swing by the booth, make sure to jump into a demo of our all-new fully cooperative The Undercity: An Iron Kingdoms Adventure Board Game! For those lucky enough to be joining us Friday morning, the demos will be run by the game’s designer, William Schoonover! Also on hand and helping with demos, RPG Producer Matt Goetz will be showing off our Iron Kingdoms Unleashed Roleplaying Game and talking about its newest release, Skorne Empire.

Make sure to check out this year’s entries for our Formula P3 Grandmaster Painting Competition. Last year the event was filled with incredibly skilled submissions, and every year the talent gets better and better. Over in the Event Hall, you can find casual pick up games, our Iron Gauntlet, Masters, and Hardcore tournaments, and introductory games for High Command, The Undercity, and Iron Kingdoms Unleashed. There are very few spots left open, so make sure to sign up soon.
