Customer Service Assistant
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Mail Order team to handle customer service and phone orders.
This role comprises the following tasks;
- Managing, prioritising and replying to customer emails and issues using our ticket system.
- Identifying all replacement items needed, making sure that all items are picked and packaged ready for despatch in a timely fashion.
- Dealing with enquiries, orders and customer service issues over the phone.
- Communicating with other departments regarding customer service.
- Creating and maintaining a Customer Service FAQ on the Warlord Games website.
- Other tasks within the Warlord Games Mail Order department as required.
A knowledge of Warlord Games and its product range, as well as an interest in tabletop wargaming would be an advantage.
