Lock & Load GameFest 2014 is almost here, and in just a week we’ll be seeing many of you at the ultimate in Privateer Press events. For those of you who can’t make it out this year, our live streaming convention coverage on Twitch will keep you connected!

On Sunday, June 8, we will crown the first-ever world champion of WARMACHINE and HORDES in the Iron Gauntlet Finals! After a year of the games’ top competitors duking it out, the field is finally set. We’ll be streaming one game from all four rounds of this milestone championship event, starting at 10 a.m. PDT on Sunday. You won’t want to miss a minute of the action, as one competitor emerges to claim the Iron Gauntlet trophy!

In addition to a whole day of WARMACHINE and HORDES tournament coverage, we’ll also be streaming special events live from Lock & Load on Friday, June 6. First up, at 8:30 p.m. PDT, tune in for War Stories: The Origins of the Iron Kingdoms. Matt Wilson and some of the Privateer Press crew will be on hand to talk about how the Iron Kingdoms came to be and how it evolved into the incredibly deep and interesting world we all know and love. There are sure to be incredible stories from back in the day along with hints as to what the future holds!

After that, starting at 9:30 p.m. PDT, we’ll bring you live coverage of the Iron Painter Showdown and Trivia Challenge! This crowd-pleasing event pits contestants against a Formula P3 Studio painter in a speed-painting game-show-style extravaganza filled with tons of ludicrous challenges. Meanwhile, the in-house audience can participate in an Iron Kingdoms trivia challenge to win sweet prizes.
