How We Fulfilled Our KS
One of the questions we are asked most is “How do you fulfill a Kickstarter campaign?” Well, we have put together a video series showing you exactly how we did it! This fast motion video is the first in the series; it is really fun to watch and gives you a sneak peek inside the fulfillment of our campaigns.
We received the freight and shipped out over 600 parcels in less than 48 hours! At RAINN Studios, we have opted for fulfilling the US rewards ourselves for a couple of reasons. First, it guarantees that all of the backers will receive exactly what they should. We also don’t have to worry about damaged boxes, because we pack each one with great care! We like the direct bond that it gives us with out backers, too. Above is the first of a video series walking you (at fast speed!) through all of the steps. Enjoy!
