Valenpins Day Approaches….

…and what better way to say “I love you” (or “Look, I ripped your heart out and made a pin out of it!”) than with Undercity Red and Black Hearts? Wear them as your personal wound tokens or share them with that special someone who didn’t make it out of the Undercity alive…

Besides Valentine’s Day, we have an equally significant holiday this month: SmogCon in the United Kingdom (February 19¬–21, Radisson Blu Edwardian, Heathrow), and Chibi Wrong Eye and Snapjaw will be in the house. We’ve made a general release version of the Minions pair, but we’ve also made a special UK version of them as well (note Chibi Wrong Eye’s spiffy Union Jack hat), available only at the con and briefly on the Privateer Press Online Store during the con itself.

And speaking of chibis, we debut another rare non-character chibi this month with our Chibi Argus. Sometimes when we produce a pin, I am surprised by its popularity (Chibi Skarre); other times, I have a sense that this one is going to be gone in short order (Chibi Harbinger). I suspect Chibi Argus is going to be in the latter camp, which will certainly encourage us to look at other non-character WARMACHINE/HORDES chibis for consideration.

We wrap up a line this month with a Trollbloods favorite, the Hoarluk Doomshaper Quitari Pattern. Combined with Madrak’s and Grissel’s, this rounds out our big three. Time will tell if we return to this pin line in the future!

Finally, we’re a little out of order this month—we needed a bit more time on our Cereal #5: Quakehammer Oats pin, but we’re plowing ahead with Cereal #6: Blight Krispies anyway! Snap, crackle, and pop take on a whole new meaning when your breakfast table is surrounded by shredders.

I’m still fielding the guesses for what our exclusive chibi pin for Lock & Load 2016 will be. If you’ve not sent a guess in, send your five coolest pin ideas we should do in the future to [email protected], and for every five, take a guess at which chibi we’ll be doing for trade only at Lock & Load this June!
