Q: Where can I download the app?

A: The MKIV WARMACHINE app is currently available for iOS and Android and can be downloaded by clicking the appropriate icon below. Windows and Mac support are coming soon!

Q: When will the second army list for each Faction be available in the app?

A: One Legacy army will be released each month beginning in December 2022 with the goal of completing all MKIV Prime Legacy armies as well as Unlimited model rules conversions by the end of 2023. There will be multiple events throughout the next year where players will decide the order in which the Prime Legacy armies are developed and released.  The first four Factions will be decided at Warfaire Weekend (November 4–6, 2022), and we will post the results in an Insider the following week. Q: Where can I find the Icon Quick Reference guide for icons shown on cards?

A:   The Icon Quick Reference guide can be accessed at any time by tapping the Library Icon located at the bottom of the app, then tapping the Icon Quick Reference guide. The current state of each tab will be maintained when switching between tabs.

Q: How do I report a possible issue with the app or on a card?

A: Sending feedback to the team has never been easier. While in the app, tap the menu icon in the top right corner to reveal a drop-down menu, and then tap Submit App Feedback to report usability issues, bugs, or glitches. To submit feedback on a specific card or model, while viewing that model’s card, tap the drop-down menu and select Submit Card Feedback to provide feedback on that specific model or card.

Q: Where can I find Scenarios?

A: Scenarios are currently only available in the latest rules document, which can be downloaded from https://home.privateerpress.com/warmachine-mkiv/. Additional scenarios are forthcoming and will ultimately be available from the app library.

Q: When will the cards be printable?

A: Card-printing capability was a late addition to our development plan, so while we are committed to providing print capability, we currently cannot accurately forecast the timeline for availability.

Q: When will the Beta be complete, and when will the app go live?

A: There are several updates and features we are currently working to finalize before we release the full version of the app. We are expecting a full app launch in January 2023, with the premium subscription service available in February. Here is a quick reference of the app launch timeline:

Q: When will the rules go live in the app?

A:  Complete rule for WARMACHINE MKIV will be incorporated in our November 22^nd, 2023, update.

Q: What are the spec requirements for the app?

A: The WARMACHINE app is currently supported on iOS and Android.

• Android 8.0 (released August 2017) is the lowest OS version we support on Google Play.
• iOS 12.0 (released September 2018) is the lowest OS version we support on Apple devices.
• We do not and are not planning to support the Amazon app store.
• Windows and Mac support is forthcoming, but minimum spec requirements are to be determined.
