Privateer Press is seeking a junior- to mid-level web administration and development professional to develop, manage and maintain its web presence in order to facilitate fast and reliable end-user services.
The web professional will be responsible for configuring, securing and maintaining all websites as well as managing their integrations with other SaaS. They will work closely with the graphic design department to implement new pages, and with both internal and external hosting solutions to deliver these pages to the world.
The web professional is also responsible for emergency response and disaster recovery of our servers, working in collaboration with external hosts as needed.

Job Description
Privateer Press is seeking a junior- to mid-level web administration and development professional to develop, manage and maintain its web presence in order to facilitate fast and reliable end-user services.
The web professional will be responsible for configuring, securing and maintaining all websites as well as managing their integrations with other SaaS. They will work closely with the graphic design department to implement new pages, and with both internal and external hosting solutions to deliver these pages to the world.
The web professional is also responsible for emergency response and disaster recovery of our servers, working in collaboration with external hosts as needed.
The candidate should have experience with website administration and management, including hosting and CMS configuration, and should demonstrate an ability to quickly gain expertise in new technologies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess sufficient tech-savvy to support web server/IT operational needs on request, such as familiarity with the command line.
This is a full-time position in our Bellevue, WA office.
Duties Include:
- Supporting and troubleshooting network, web server and website issues.
- Planning, deployment, and maintenance of website structure and security.
- Management of internal and external servers.
- Purchasing, installation, and configuration of equipment and software for specific end use.
- Serving as the primary point of contact with external developers and vendors.
- Implementing and administering security and account services.
- Implementing and administering website/e-commerce platform CMS.

- WordPress
- Magento
- cPanel with WHM
- FreeBSD
- NAS AFP/CIFS
- Bonus round: SaaS including Fishbowl and Shipstation. CMS including Drupal and Woocommerce.
- Familiarity with Privateer Press’ properties. These include WARMACHINE, HORDES, Iron Kingdoms, Monsterpocalypse, Bodgers, Grind, LEVEL 7 and Formula P3.

Compensation: $50k–$60k depending on experience
