More than 25 free miniatures have been unlocked in Archon Studio’s RE-LOAD Kickstarter campaign with the final 48 hours still to go. The RE-LOAD campaign is a reprint of Archon’s successful LOAD board game along with a plethora of new Heroes, Lane Creeps and epic miniatures. A $99 pledge gives backers 88 highly-detailed miniatures in addition to the board, cards and other the components required to play the game.

Archon Studio has not forgotten their loyal backers from the first LOAD campaign either, allowing them to secure all of the new Heroes for just $59. There are still more stretch goals available as well; 9 more epic-scale versions of the new Heroes remain to be unlocked. The eventual sculpt of each epic miniature is determined by backers as they vote for one of two concept arts for each Hero.

League of Ancient Defenders (LOAD) is a 2-6 player board game with stunning miniatures and intense gameplay modeled after popular battle arena online games. Players must leverage the unique abilities of their heroes as they push three lanes simultaneously toward the opposing team’s base. By destroying key enemy objectives, towers and spawn points, they will force their opponent to abandon the battle in full retreat.
