Spooky Terrain Special Through October 2014!

halloween-300x300

Throughout the month of october, we will be celebrating halloween & the autumn season with a special on any spooky, scary, creepy, & downright horrifying terrain project that clients want to get with us. Any project that qualifies for this special will receive a free level bump to it, which can be combined with our artistic license & full payment options as well. For more information on our levels system check out our guide to our terrain projects here.

Last year we did a similar special…..because frankly halloween is awesome & why not? One of the projects that got in on that one was a city ruins project in the dead of winter, corrupted by daemons of nurgle themed off the Anime Blue Gender. But it basically was a post apocalyptic earth, where giant bug monsters had overrun most of the world.Oh yeah, & they sometimes eat people. We built an entire set of 40k ruins with a nice cool tone for the buildings, & a warm disgusting paint scheme for the infested parts. You can check out more pictures of that project on our photo gallery.

One of the more terrifying pieces from the nurgle set, a guardsman being dissolved by a mosquito daemon.

So needless to say, we are a bit giddy about doing more projects with a really creepy scary theme to them like this one. In fact, I’ll just come up with a few base concepts right here that I’ve thought would be fun for each game. If you would like to commission a project with us & get in on this special, simply email [email protected]

Warhammer 40k: Hellraiser World

A world ravaged by the horrors of the dark eldar, very hell raiser style, with tons of chains, bodies in various states of torture, & possibly some evidence of chaos worship hooked in as well. What would be terrifying enough to make the dark eldar leave in a hurry? Maybe something lurking inside a warp portal starting to claw its way through.

Warhammer Fantasy: End Times Graveyard

An oldie, but a goodie. A horribly decayed graveyard, old as the world itself where the dead have started to rise. Could it be part of the end times resurrecting these fallen souls to serve the lords of the dead?

Warmachine/Hordes: Revenant Shipyard

A derelict shipyard full of busted up galleys & old rotting barges. But those sails could hide the undead hordes of the cryx, or revenants waiting to shamble forth from the docks.

Malifaux: Mcmournings Lab

What horrible creations has the good doctor been up to in his hidden lab? How many secret passages are within these halls? And how many poor souls has he stored for spare parts?
