We often have calls come in about picking up orders at shows or events, with Salute 2018 (one of the biggest shows of the UK year) just around the corner what better time than to tell you how to order for a show pick up!

Collection at shows

You can indeed place an order for collection at any show! Please email us at [email protected] with a list of the items, which event you would like to collect them at, and if you would prefer to pay now or at the event. We do however ask that you make sure your order is in by the weekend before the event in question. We may not be able to take orders placed after this time due to casting times for models.

Please note that to ensure your order can be taken to any event we will need the order in by the weekend prior to the event (i.e. 5 working days before). We may not be able to take orders to the show placed after this time due to casting times for models.

So check out where the next show is going to be and plan your trip to see us, and the fantastic games, at one or more of the many events around the world this year!

Placing an order for collection at Salute

The Salute event is a massive day out and a great experience, it’s so busy in fact that if you would like to pick your order up from us at the stand on the day we will only bring orders that have been placed and paid for in advance. Please make sure your emailed order, or your order placed on our web store or via the customer service team, reaches us no later than Friday 6th April.

Orders via the web store need to be placed using this code COLLECTATSALUTE18 (note; this code is not activated yet orders for Salute collection will begin 1st March)

When checking out please replace the shipping address with the words – COLLECTATSALUTE18 (note; this code is not activated yet orders for Salute collection will begin 1st March)

Once you click Continue the code will remove any shipping costs.(note; this code is not activated yet orders for Salute collection will begin 1st March)

Ordering a pre-order item?
Want to order other items along with the pre-order?

You can indeed order any items along with the pre-order item but please note; All orders placed that include a pre-order item will be held until that items release date. If you’d rather not wait for your other goodies then please place 2 separate orders, this way we can ensure you get your goodies as early as possible and you’ll be one of the first to receive your pre-ordered item(s)!
