Lock & Load GameFest 2014 badges are on sale now! Purchase your badge for Lock & Load, being held June 6 – June 8 2014 at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, WA, using the instructions below.

Follow this link to access our badge sales and registration portal.

Enter the e-mail address you would like associated with your account and then select your badge type.

There are two ways you can choose to receive your badge. The first is to have it shipped to you and the second is to pick up your badge at the event.

To have your badge shipped to you, select Washington State Resident Shipped Badge or Non-Washington State Resident Shipped badge (depending on your billing address). This option includes 3 days of Lock & Load and allows you to register for all available individual events. It also includes shipping fees, and we’ll send your badge to you approximately one month before Lock & Load.

Important, Please Read: International attendees MUST SELECT A WILL CALL BADGE. International users who purchase a shipped badge will have their badge type changed to will call and we will be unable to refund shipping costs.

To pick up your badge at the event, select Washington State Resident Will Call Badge or Non-Washington State Will Call Shipped badge (depending on your billing address). Just like a shipped badge will call badges include 3 days of Lock & Load and allow you to register for all available individual events. Your badge will be available for pick up at Lock & Load registration on Friday morning. International attendees must select this option.

Once you have selected your badge type proceed to enter your personal information and complete the checkout process. Because event registration will also be processed through RegOnline badges must be purchased one at a time on a per account basis. After registration is complete you will be brought to a confirmation page with your account details as well as information about hotel group rates. (You will also be e-mailed a copy of this information).

Keep your e-mail and password handy because you will be logging back into the system to register for events in the coming months!
