Now in its final hours on Kickstarter! Dark Rituals: Malleus Maleficarum funded in just 50 minutes and has unlocked over 45 Stretch Goals already. The Attacking Hordes Pledge includes the Dark Rituals: Malleus Maleficarum core game and The Cursed Fjord expansion. There are 15 encounters, with 3 campaigns played over 10 double-sided map tiles. Also includes 90+ highly detailed miniatures in 50+ unique sculpts.
Dark Rituals: Malleus Maleficarum is a new asymmetric “One vs Many” game for 2 to 5 players from the team that brought you The Order of Vampire Hunters. Play together as the Heroes and seize control of your newfound magical powers to defend your land from the evil horde. Or play as the Witch Master, summoning malevolent disciples and unleashing devastating Plagues upon the world.
All pledges contain the Solo Game mode, with AI cards and rules. Play as the Witch Master against Heroes controlled by the game and help the Legion of Darkness complete their Dark Rituals.
Optional add-ons
Optional add-ons include The Witches’ Sabbath large expansion. Level your Heroes up to Champions or command the Legion of Darkness as the Witch Madra to summon the Demon Lord Voskor to the fight. This expansion includes 15 minis in 8 sculpts along with 4 double sided map tiles, game cards. It also contains four encounters culminating in a fifth Epic Encounter fought across 4 Acts.
Also available three mini expansions, Night Terrors, The Spider’s Brood and Prisoners of Neemoss that bring new Witches and their minions to Dark Rituals. All expansions are available bundled together into a convenient All-In Add On.
DG Games Entertainment will produce full, printed translations of all products and stretch goal game material into German, French and Spanish. For the products in retail-style packaging, everything will be translated, including: rules, encounters, cards, sheets and the game boxes. For stretch goals, all game play material, rules, instructions, encounters and cards, etc., will be translated.
