• We will do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible, however, please bear in mind that many items are made to order and this will take extra time due to the Christmas and new year holidays. We will keep you informed of progress via our weekly newsletter and thank you for your patience.
• Plan your purchase carefully – we will unlikely be able to amend orders once you have placed them. (We would, of course, cancel and refund your order if the parcel has not left us yet. However, we may not be able to offer you the same deals available at the time the original order was placed).
• During this period, we will not be able to merge separate orders on request.
• When the system calculates the discount to be applied to your basket, please wait a few seconds and let the web page apply the calculations before passing on to the following steps of the checkout. Rushing too quickly through the ordering process on the web store has sometimes been the cause of the discount not being applied correctly.
